MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

The beginning is sinister. A dead man is being pulled by a ridge on the outskirts of Los Angeles in a car to simulate an accident. The dead man is supposed to be James Hatcher, heir to the giant Industries Hatcher. Lewis Kinney knows nothing of this. A British accountant unemployed and unmarried, is enjoying the pleasures of "Lotus Land" and mentally avoids thinking about the day that he will return to his homeland icy. Fate decided otherwise. Meet the beautiful Lise Hatcher and his mother is deathly ill accidentally. This leads to the older lady offered a job as a chauffeur and bodyguard for his daughter Lise. He agrees and soon finds himself involved in a deadly plot that includes the CIA, the Mafia and missing $ 10 million.
