MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Jake Shuttlesworth is indeed a convicted interrupted his sentence in prison with the promise of power so always escape jail in exchange for a deal. After the death of his mother and also his father's imprisonment, Jesus is a young man who has made himself and who has raised his little sister without any help.
