MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

Oklahoma, 1889. Some men Jed Cooper unfairly accused of stealing cattle and do not hesitate to hang him. At the last moment, saves a commissioner who works Fentom the judge's orders.
