MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

We are in a distant and indeterminate future where there are two worlds: the floating city where humans live best understood as a superior race, and the city of waste, which is the earth, where will all the garbage of the city floating where the junkies, renegades, Androids, and other purria qualified human. In the world of waste a doctor and mechanical cyborgs called Gone is the head of a human brain android being called Alita to getting a body. From that moment will live together, almost like father and daughter, but Alita has no memory of his past and in the depths of your being knows that is intended to use his strength and kindness to help people. Alita has the appearance of a happy and innocent girl, and gradually you will discover things about her past that she will try to change things. Adaptation of the classic Japanese manga, considered one of the highlights in the history of the country, along with works such as Ghost in the Shell or Akira. James Cameron made a remake of this piece direct cinematográgica video in 2011, by the original author himself: Yukito Kishiro.
