MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

in Japan in the next future, in an organization that is more important than people, nothing is private, or at least the fate of the life of a human being. One day he receives a letter Hide National Medical Center announces that he will die of a heart attack in 29 days. Hide has two alternatives: to accept their death or go to Gong. In Gong is eternal life, but Hide is not convinced of the benefits. His girlfriend advised not to go, but then leaves him without waiting for his decision. Hide also finds that suddenly is no more welcome at work. Your fear of death and despair grows stronger by the minute. In a last effort to experience some freedom, or at least take your mind of his impending death, buying a sports car with the last of his money. But in a society where everything and everyone is under constant surveillance, to express the slightest protest everything becomes very complex.
