MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1934 film?

A new production company UFA foray in the genre that embodies the myth of the mad scientist and takes the medieval theme of the philosopher's stone. This time is a spectacular and revolutionary invention capable of turning water into gold. An English aristocrat madman kills a German scientist honest with the evil intent to dominate the world of finance. A remake called Gold (2013) was made based on this movie.
