MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Shozo, a former yakuza who moonlights as a mercenary in South America, receives news of the death of his former boss, the leader Kenzo. This wakes up in a strange hospital, where there was a finding that there is now a machine gun arm, and also where a leg, has a rocket launcher. When he returns to Japan discovers that the culprit was the right hand of Kenzo, Kurawaki, leading to a civil war in the clan that leaves them both barely alive, Shozo missing an arm and a leg. Shozo is launched to find the traitor Kurawaki, however on the other hand he must first deal with Tetsuo, your best companion in the old days, but now wants to kill him, after being used, Kurawaki. Top it off Tetsuo has on his side Sumire, his sister, whose body has the same modifications that of Shozo. Adaptation of the eponymous manga by Ken Ishikawa.
