MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Takayuki (Takao Osawa) is an elementary college instructor in Tokyo. He could be seized with Behçet's syndrome, and can gradually lose his sight. He resigns from his job and actually leaves their gf, Yoko (Yuriko Ishida) to go back to his hometown, Nagasaki, where his mother lives. Takayuki spends his days strolling around Nagasaki, to imprint familiar scenes on their memory. Yoko visits him and insists on staying. Takayuki has major concerns for her future, and his own life. He drives the lady away, on her very own good. After times of condition, the 2 reunite. The story leads to an emotive conclusion, the finish of his spiritual journey.
