MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Cidália lost his eldest son in a violent incident. Unable to assimilate, decides to seek justice leading a women's march to the police station, but there he learns that the bullet that killed her son was not fired by police. The protest, televised, draws attention to a community that does not want public exposure. As Antigone defies Cidália time the " law of silence " in their community and the Law to dry, and ends up ostracized, peering into the abyss.
