MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

A wuxia set in the era of the Ming Dynasty, a period in which the Emperor of China possessed the most powerful weapon of the Empire, a sort of CIA XIV century working for the Ming. An elite murderers body recruited from street orphans. These homeless in training at the masters of the 14 Blades, eight for torture, five for death and the last reserved for suicide when they fail as assigned. Remake of an action film directed by the 80 Chin- Ku Lu.
