MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Abused as a child, Dennis has developed an attraction to sexual transgressions. After meeting a masochist, Henry, whom he had seen in photos that appeared was assumed dead, and move to San Francisco. When Henry is fast becoming obsessed Dennis killed this into an elaborate fantasy that it is the victim. The fantasies go on to become homicidal needs. First acts only against a hustler, and ends by joining with like-minded heterosexual couple in the murder of another victim. Dennis admits all these facts in a series of letters to his two former lovers, Julian and his younger brother Kevin, who insecure that telling the truth or making it all up, decide to travel to San Francisco to face him.
