MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1932 film?

Jenny is pregnant with a boy who died in the earthquake in San Francisco. Following delivery, choose to put your child in the custody of a wealthy couple. Years later, thanks to the protection of a corrupt politician, becomes the leading "madam " of San Francisco, in addition to participating in various illegal activities. His son Donald Cook clean the city proposes eliminating all kinds of dirty business, unaware that his own mother is involved in them.
