MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Rainer is a successful TV producer in addition has it all. One day, Pegah, a mysterious young woman intentionally collides with his car at full speed. It reached the top by creating television programs, the most stupid and vulgar also. After this near death, Rainer rethinks his life and decides to produce a newscast for thus the prime time of your chain to make the viewer think. Sunk by poor ratings, Rainer quits his job and embarks on an investigation of audience measurement systems that keep the top spot for these programs that insult the intelligence to do so by allying Pegah cute and a set unemployed and misfits.
