MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

Joe Morse works as a lawyer for Ben Tucker, a man who has been enriched at the expense of illegal gambling business. To secure and expand its maneuvers need to strike millionaire to the disappearance of all clandestine betting small banks. One of them is led by the brother of Joe Morse.
