MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1975 film?

Leaving the psychiatric facility where she has been detained for a long period, the teen Julie gets a job as caretaker of the nephew of a wealthy industrialist. While strolling, Julie and the boy are caught, even by a stranger who turns out to be a hired murderer thus hired to kill the boy and, to mislead the police, before killing them, forcing Julie to write a letter in which he confesses as the murderer. The bliss does not last long. During an oversight of his captor, Julie gets abscond with the boy, starting a murderer desperate escape with their heels.
