MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

CASPER and PHILIP two friends inside their mid twenties, share a flat and spend a majority of their time going after girls. They chat girls up together, then flip a coin about whom gets to pursue the lady. PHILIP always wins, but CASPER could be the lucky one with the ladies. Then MARIE appears. She actually is French, beautiful and leads the people on, playing their game.
