MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

A macabre threat falls on Earth. A team of Russian cosmonauts led by war hero and nationalist Tajistkán addition, Predi Federov, forcibly took the International Space Station Gateway. From there you can activate and control a satellite network nuclear arsenal of the former Soviet Union to a certain extent the Cold War, and destroy entire cities. Their conditions: that even the Russian army withdraws from Tajistkán, a former Soviet republic in the middle of a civil war that lasted ten years. The only hope is the X -33 experimental space plane that only a human being is capable of piloting: J. J. Hendricks. This movie is part of the Fallout saga (1999, 2011, 2011).
