MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Detective John Hobbes is convinced that after the execution of serial murderer Edgar Reese problems are over. But when people he knows begins to sing the same song that Reese sang during execution, Hobbes realizes that perhaps after the crimes is the fallen angel Azazel, who was condemned to wander the Earth report and take the bodies of other people.
