MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Occur a dirt-poor neighbor hood within the fictional city of San Lovisa, Texas, EvenHand informs the tale of two very different cops, working together for the first time. Rob Francis, recently divorced, discovers the modification from his past project in 'Sleepytown' difficult. Together with new partner, the volatile Ted Morning, he spends his times separating domestic disputes and attempting to make sense of a parade of lowlifes, firebugs and junkies. Morning is the original Texas cowboy, all muscle and bravado: arrest 'em first, make inquiries later on. The figures and events in EvenHand subtly intertwine until Francis and Morning must both face the results of their completely different approaches to the work. Filmed on location in San Antonio, Texas, EvenHand is a police story, but it's maybe not about automobile chases or shoot-outs. It is about two cops struggling to endure in a global in which, without warning, numbing routine will give solution to primal fear.
