MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

EVE is a dangerous military android invented memories and also image of its creator. When is seriously damaged during a bank robbery, the android begins to use more memories and emotions of the initial, the anger, the darkness ? ? Soon it will become a killing machine to stop utopian. Its creator Dr. Eve Simmons and Lt. Jim McQuade try to finish with the hellish invention.
