MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Charlotte, 34, unhappy in her relationship with Kristian, decides to move to another apartment. In the downstairs living Veronica, a transsexual addicted to soap operas and who leads a life of loneliness and isolation with only the company of his little dog. Veronica has requested the change of sex, and is waiting to get permission to operate. Charlotte and Veronica meet, fall in love and live a turbulent love story. But their happiness was clouded when finally gets the nod Veronica sex change.
