MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

One Christmas Eve, in an orphanage, a baby crawls into a sack of gifts from Santa Claus and ends up in his workshop at the North Pole. Is adopted and raised as an elf, but, growing up, it is three times larger than the other. In these circumstances, it was decided that the best thing for him is to find his family. With this intention he traveled to New York, where you will discover that life is not just about skating and eat candy, so go back out again feeling place. Get first find his dad, a publisher of children's books, a workaholic and money contained in the blacklist of Santa Claus. Then find a new mother and discovers that his brother ten years does not believe in fairies or Santa Claus or Christmas. In reality, everyone seems to have forgotten the meaning of that party. When Christmas is coming, our hero decides to use his knowledge of the world of elves to win the love of his family and also rescue the Christmas spirit in both New York and the rest of the world.
