MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A powerful Hollywood studio has bought for his next film a historic nineteenth century Uruguayan locomotive. Although the news is a source of pride for many Uruguayans, is not well received by the senior members of the Association of Friends of the Rail. Determined to boycott the locomotive moving to the United States, three of them and a child, moved by the slogan " " Heritage not for sale ", kidnap and throw the machine to travel inside the abandoned country roads pursued by the authorities.
