MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

It tells the story of Ignatius, who has an obsession with the figure of his uncle, Jaime Guzman Errazuriz, partner in legal and political issues of the military regime of General Augusto Pinochet and the chief designer of the 1980 Constitution and decides to interpret a work of theater.
