MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The Halley's Comet in 1910 serves as a backdrop to tell a story of initiation, framed by a country in conflict, Mexico, and on the verge of revolution. Valentina and her father are pursued by the police for his activities against the government of the dictator Diaz. The father is arrested and Valentina dead but manages to escape with the money to democracy, to be delivered to the exiled militants on the border with the United States.
