MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

We are in the village of Minglanillas. As the man reaches the moon, observed a group of friends in a bar television broadcasting the event. Pepe Fernandez, one of the bar patrons, says that with some money and dedication they can do the same. After some discussion, they decide to get down to work. They borrow the grounds of wealthy Don Gregorio Minglanillas, which convinced right away, and installed them based on the SANA. Abduct Don Anselmo, an old professor who claims to have been himself who taught von Braun, and with your help start making plans rocket. After completing the construction of the ship and astronaut training to the harsh conditions of outer space future, finally develop, pretending to be visitors in the space base at NASA Fresnedillas, to see if they can make a bridge of communication with based in Minglanillas.
