MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Two years later, Zimmer announces the end of silent film production in Kinograph Studies, but Valentin is derogatory, insisting that the sound is a fad. In a dream, Valentin starts to hear the sounds of their environment, but can not speak, then wakes up in a sweat. He decided to produce and direct his own silent film, funded himself. The film opens the same day as the movie again Peppy sound as well as the Crash of '29. Now the only way to avoid bankruptcy Valentin that his film is a great success. Unfortunately the public goes to the film instead Peppy and Valentin is ruined. His wife, Doris, Pitches, and he moves into an apartment with his camera / driver, Clifton, and his dog. Peppy goes on to become a Hollywood star.
