MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The Bird and Lopecito are two people on the verge of marginalization. The Bird always knew he would succeed in something that would take off trades, and its highest ideal is to gain endurance cycling race. Lopecito, his faithful friend, works in a refrigerator and was abandoned by his wife, sinking into a kind of active misogyny.
