MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Eila is a cleaning woman who along with her partners faces the State labor for illegal dismissal. The men in her life, her son, her boyfriend and her ex-husband, think it is a foolish plan: no one can beat the state trial. EILA tells the story of a woman who sees dare to take a risk, as an employee, as a woman and as a mother loves, and their transformation of shy and scared to brave. It is based on real events that happened in Finland in the early 2000s.
