MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Due to the low ratings of TV channel True TV, the program director comes up with the idea of a camera segescapar any citizen the clock. The Chosen is a young man with no future named Ed who lives with his family in a poor neighborhood of San Francisco. The program's success is immediate, but over time, the price we must pay for Ed fame be too high.
