MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

In a not too distant future, in China, a company has designed a prototype Biomotor a biological power module has been introduced to Toby Wong, a human who works for the Chinese government. He is a killing machine, the engine that is in your heart you do feats possible, speed is unparalleled, also being a martial arts expert. But Toby is tired of being used and decide to go to the United States where a company has offered five million dollars for remove his implant, making it a free human being. The Hong Kong company sends his best men to keep the prototype reaches the hands of the Americans. Toby meets Malik during a fight and become his friend travel. Both must face a super advanced model sir martial arts expert who has traveled from China. A remake called Drive (2011) was made based on this movie.
