MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The final battle in the eternal war between Good and Evil takes place in New Jersey, when two fallen angels try to destroy the entire universe, unless someone achieves stop. These two angels, Loki and Bartleby, try to find a way to end his perpetual exile in Wisconsin, when they stumble upon the perfect plan to return to paradise: the possibility of avoiding the dogma that will allow them to return to Heaven, if they pass under the blessed arch of the cathedral of New Jersey, while eliminating all human existence. But they will have to face a problem, a person has been chosen to stop him, and not have to do it alone.
