MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Four drama students are the subject of this documentary observational long-winded. We know Stephanie, Karina, Constance and Prodromos as they prepare for the audition for admission to the Ernst Busch School in Berlin. The selection process takes months, in the end, the four manage to enter. From there, his passion for the vocation they chose to be constantly put to the test. In the words of the director: "We see the struggle of the protagonists, how they try not to stress to sensitize the discrepancy between their expectations and abilities. Accompany them in their search for identity, and their progress towards maturity and acting as individuals. A then, at the end of the studies, comes the real test: try to live the trade. Suddenly faced with a new set of questions: What is the nature of success ?, How high is the cost to achieve it ?, And what happened to their original dreams and goals, seven years later ? " ..
