MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Amid the fundraising campaign for Congressman Clayton robbery occurs and steal donations. Public opinion in Detroit, a city whose racial minority is white, begins to suspect that it is an organized coup for Clayton does not become senator. This film is a prequel of Detroit: Ruin of a City (2005).
