MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1964 film?

Gwenda Milton, secretary Maurice Messer known lawyer, is killed under mysterious circumstances. What unknown perpetrators is that Gwenda was the sister of Arthur Milton, known by the nickname ? ? El Brujo ? ?, A murderer long sought by the police and who emigrated to Australia years ago. Milton returns to London to avenge the death of his sister. The Scotland Yard inspector Higgins faces two thorny orders: stop the witch and find the culprit of the death of the girl. The problem is that just an old retired police, Warren, knows the face of the Warlock, a master of disguise and constantly changing appearance. Higgins manages Warren's help, but an unknown llquerido Wesby also interested in the case, and all the lady watching the Wizard.
