MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Jakob is an obsessive inventor who moreover lives in a Swiss village. The inventor receives the full support of his comrade Otti, however on the other hand so that's all that counts, because the other villagers do not tolerate the eccentricities of Jakob too well. Jakob holds its work despite this obstacle and finally invented a car that runs on wheels, but with a tread.
