MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Year 2014. The world as we know it has been destroyed by war and civilization has regressed to the feudal system. The landscape is composed of radiation, among other pollutants. In this new landscape, which was the United States, now known as "The land of death", are taken by tyrants who have established his kingdom there. The hope of America is Ryan Candor, his beautiful girlfriend Krysty mutant Wroth, the infallible JB Dix and lethal albino Jack Laurent. Together they will challenge those who stole their freedom.
