MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Tom Turner, a small-time hustler, suddenly undergoes an amazing transformation, when a judge gives you the chance to choose between work or go to jail. There is in a position to prepare the thymus of his life dedicated to answering letters addressed to God in gratitude for favors received seizes and offerings without anyone even knowing. Tom chooses the first and sent to a post office peculiar to letters arriving without a specific destination. But one real miracle takes place when the entire city begins to cheer excited to Tom and his crazy " God Squad .".
