MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

One night, during a violent storm, four people are trapped in a lift now an office building. The mechanic who commands the company to fix it sees nothing strange about him. But from then on, the behavior of the machine is becoming increasingly erratic and dangerous.
