MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1922 film?

Buster goes to the city to, in short, show the girl's father may even succeed. He writes about his work and also she glorifies in his imagination. She imagines him as a surgeon, when only veterinary assistant: she imagines as a broker on Wall Street, while it is really cleaning guy.
