MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Dave Kovic is a simple citizen who keeps an eccentric resemblance to U.S. President Bill Mitchell. When a sudden attack incapacitates the president, his political advisers decided that Dave supplant it, assuming it will be a human being easily manipulated. Moreover, the president's wife, who ignores the situation as anomalous behavior finds its alleged husband who begins to suspect.
