MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

Story of a soldier who, dissatisfied with their lot, decides to request hearing their king. By the way, thanks to an old woman discovers a wonderful lighter and a treasure shared among all its neighbors. However, when he becomes poor, he discovers that no one is able to help and then use the lighter wonderful to get out of their problems and to rescue a princess.
