MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1932 film?

Board is a girl who lives alone in a mountain whose summit shines a blue light at night, the town's residents, fearful of the light, and the Board reject branded a witch. Only visitor ignores the superstitious and decides to approach the young, the two are attracted to each other, however the love story is truncated when he follows without their consent to their refuge and discover the secret of blue light.
