MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Yoshimi Matsubara, newly divorced woman, struggle to gain legal custody of her five year old daughter. Her ex - husband is not willing to make things easier and brings up his past hallucinations and psychiatric treatment. Mother and daughter move to a small apartment together, dark, sad and moldy. The small Ikuko starts going to his new school and Yoshimi has found a new job. But the lingering presence of dirty water in the new building seems the harbinger of the worst omens. Dirty water in the elevator, on the roof of the apartment, on the door of one of the floors., Addition of the enigmatic presence of a red backpack that belonged to a girl who disappeared two years earlier. Although Yoshimi struggles desperately to find inside forces Ikuko thinking, their terror is increasing as we approach the discovery of the connection between all these events, and it's not ready for the truth that lies ahead. A remake called Agua turbia (2005) was made based on this movie.
