MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In 1992, days before the verdict in the Rodney King case, against four white police officers - and post disoscuros in Los Angeles, two police officers are assigned to investigate a quadruple homicide case with racial components. Agents are the veteran detective Eldon Perry and rookie Bobby Keough. Navigating the tumultuous neighborhoods of the town, Perry and Keough must detect cold-blooded murderers and confront their own demons, which prove to be more ruthless than the criminals they pursue.
