MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The Liberdade, Sao Paulo, multiethnic neighborhood hosts the largest Japanese immigrant community in the world. There, people of all races come together to do business, legal or illegal. In this bustling environment, Yuda, a feared Chinese boss, and his adopted son Kirin, dominate the piracy market of the metropolis. The magnate and his heir control Liberdade, from street vending to rival gangs, corrupt diplomats and erotic dancers. But an empire that takes years lifting may collapse by a fatal flaw. A conspiracy between diplomats and the Chinese Mafia will threaten Yuda's power, which will gradually losing control of your business.
