MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

A rich and successful grower of tulips in eastern England is also the head of the local mafia brotherhood, but do not trust banks to keep their money. On the recommendation of her son hires Sav latter's friends, Bob and Vic, to help in business and crime.
