MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Mougler and his friends Baby Lee, Joker, and Bézingo Akson are teenagers themselves abandoned Libreville. The small gang, tired of their everyday robberies, more ambitious plan to blows. They decide to rob the kiosk Dole, the new lottery game has a immense success. So begins the preparation of dubious plans. But Mougler is increasingly concerned about the health of his mother.
