MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Pryor is a con man who, to escape from prison, he pretends to be crazy. Sent to the psychiatric ward of a large hospital, there begins the real " crazy ", as during a blackout tries to escape disguised as a doctor. Somehow manages to bring order to the chaos, either conducting unorthodox diagnoses, helping to deliver a baby or using a helicopter to air conditioning mode. So, without wanting to, our good mate will be in charge of the institution.
