MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Samantha Noble, an attractive journalist responsible for a major publication, investigates a famous teenage millionaire named J. C. Peck, who apparently has links with the mafia. As it is inaccessible, decides to go out to dinner with his brother, Mark, who met at a party. Once home of Mark, it attempts abutilizar Samantha. After a scuffle between the two, she accidentally kills him. Samantha, for fear of being accused, he prefers to disappear from the scene.
